  • In short, No. We are a primary contact practitioners and therefore you don’t have to have your doctor to refer you to be treated. In most instances, seeing a physiotherapist before your doctor can get you back On Form faster!

    You will need a referral for treatment if your injury is being paid for by another party. This includes all WorkCover, Motor Vehicle Accident, Income Protection or Medicare. We are unable to bill third party payers without this information.

    If you have seen a specialist or recently had surgery, then it is certainly most helpful if you can bring the most up to date correspondence from your doctor. This provides us with the right information as to how to guide your recovery whilst your surgery repair is still healing. We pride ourselves on having great collaborative working relationships with most of Perth’s top specialists and try to liaise with them to provide you the best level of care.

  • he easiest and fastest way to book in is to Book Online and find a day and time that suits you best. If you’re finding the technology a bit too confusing then fill out our contact form and we will contact you.

  • You sure can. We have facilities for you to claim using your private health insurance at the time of your appointment. Due to the plethora of different insurers and coverage levels the rebate amount you will receive cannot be estimated. If you want to find out how much to expect your insurer to cover, we suggest chatting to them to get a better idea.

  • Please allow up to 45 minutes for your first appointment, and up to 30 minutes for subsequent appointments. Your physiotherapist will advise you if they recommend a longer appointment, especially if you need treatment on multiple areas.

    If you are beyond a reasonable travelling distance, then we are more than happy to conduct an assessment using our telehealth facility. This is a virtual way of still providing high quality physiotherapy care. Chat with our team further to get more information about this option.

  • We certainly hope that this isn’t your situation, but in the unfortunate case that it is, then you require an extended appointment time to devote the required care and attention to each of your complaints.
